•Outrider is a software company that is automating distribution yards with electric, self-driving trucks. •Your work will directly contribute to autonomous systems that move millions of tons of freight across shipping & logistics centers. •You are joining a growing team that is responsible for motion planning, controls, and behaviors for Outrider’s autonomous trucks. •Drive critical algorithmic optimizations to significantly reduce computational complexity, memory footprint, and runtime performance. •Your technical expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our navigation capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

•A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field •Proven experience in algorithm design, optimization, and performance tuning •Solid expertise of CPP & Python •Strong understanding of robotics, navigation, localization, or autonomous systems •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders •Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
