• The IT Acquisition Technical Lead will provide strategic technical leadership for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). • This role involves managing IT due diligence, planning, and integration of acquired companies to align technology with business goals. • Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, gathering technical requirements, performing risk management, and coordinating financial due diligence. • The ideal candidate must have advanced skills in technical design, development, analysis, and project management.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of M&A IT integration project experience required. • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, network, data center operations, and endpoints). • 3+ years of experience coordinating with a team of Infrastructure Engineers required. • 3+ years of experience with Cloud Computing or SaaS Solutions required. • 3+ years of experience with Agency Management Systems. • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage technical projects, including identification of project scope, requirements, deliverables, and coordination of project design and implementation activities. • Demonstrated strong people skills, leading and participating in a team environment. • Strong technical documentation skills. • Applicants must be organized and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including end users, preferred partners, and executive management. • Competency with indirect leadership and managing in-house and outsourced delivery teams. • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
