📋 Description

• Outrider is a software company that is automating distribution yards with electric, self-driving trucks. • You will work with leaders across software, hardware, system and product to create both long-term road maps and near-term tactical schedules. • You will organize the efforts of the development teams to align with the goals of the company and regularly report on the progress of those efforts across the company. • You will need to be ready to quickly reorganize priorities and shift the focus of individuals to meet the changing expectations of the company. • You will take ownership of program deliverables and be willing to dive into the details and own the outcome. • You need the ability to recognize inefficiencies and create processes to address them. • Being self-directed and having a strong work ethic will be critical in this role. • The ideal candidate will embrace our goal to drive zero-emission, self-driving vehicle adoption, and help us realize our potential to define, build, and lead a new category of robotic automation for the enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or equivalent professional exposure • 5 years of work in engineering program management in hardware and software • 10 years of industry or equivalent experience • Expertise with Jira (or similar toolset) utilization for tracking of development activities • Agile methodology experience • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills • Demonstrated analytical and leadership skills • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

🏖️ Benefits

• Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 • Equity: Equity package commensurate on experience and skills • Benefits: Full health benefits • Fully remote, with exciting opportunities to travel to our Denver headquarters for team collaborations and special events. • Home office stipend up to $500 to help you create a comfortable and productive workspace. • Actual compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor.
