β’ Source, identify, and engage a high volume of candidates across the autonomous driving, robotics, aerospace, and software development industries. β’ Build and maintain robust pipelines of top-tier technical talent for roles such as Machine Learning Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, Deep Learning Engineers, Motion Planning Engineers, and other related software positions. β’ Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and align sourcing strategies to meet organizational hiring goals. β’ Leverage various sourcing methods, including direct outreach, networking, and advanced search techniques, to target passive and active candidates. β’ Manage a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates. β’ Maintain and track sourcing data and metrics to continually improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness. β’ Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and technologies in autonomous driving, robotics, and related technical fields. β’ Provide insights and recommendations on talent market trends to help shape hiring strategies.
β’ 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally a combination of external and internal β’ Proven track record sourcing for autonomous driving, robotics, aerospace, or software development roles. β’ Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Indeed, Google Scholar, etc.) β’ Experience sourcing staff and principal level engineers β’ Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Lever β’ Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on sourcing metrics and effectiveness β’ Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams. β’ Deep understanding of technical job markets and current trends in autonomous driving, robotics, and AI-driven industries.
