• Outsource Access is searching for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Virtual Assistant. • Responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships. • Requires a proactive and strategic approach to bookings and managing sales pipelines. • Ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. • Research and identify new markets, potential clients, and partnership opportunities. • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various outreach methods. • Schedule appointments and tailor sales presentations to address clients' needs. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and track key performance indicators. • Secure new business by guiding prospects through the decision-making process. • Follow up with prospects and clients to nurture long-term partnerships. • Conduct research on industry trends and competition. • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of booking appointments and closing deals. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch and negotiate effectively. • Proven expertise in prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, and closing high-value deals. • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a sales pipeline and follow up consistently. • Analytical and research skills to understand market dynamics and client needs.
