• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our business development efforts. • The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by assisting with prospecting, outreach, and scheduling sales meetings, helping to expand our client base and service offerings. • Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients, particularly privately held businesses in the healthcare industry, using platforms like LinkedIn and business directories. • Cold Outreach: Engage prospects through cold emailing and calling to introduce our services and generate leads. • Sales Support: Manage and track leads in CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate client records. • Email Marketing: Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads effectively. • Meeting Coordination: Schedule sales meetings, calls, and presentations for the Managing Partner with prospective clients. • Administrative Support: Draft emails, prepare sales materials, update client information, and handle other administrative tasks related to business development. • Reporting: Create and maintain weekly reports on prospecting activity, outreach progress, and achievements toward business development goals.
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, preferably in business development, sales, or marketing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, as well as email marketing platforms. • Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with cold calling or email marketing is highly preferred. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
