📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager (Customer Retention Focus) to lead our email marketing initiatives aimed at improving customer retention and engagement. • Develop and oversee email marketing strategies focusing on customer retention and loyalty. • Create, test, and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. • Manage the entire email lifecycle from planning and execution to analysis and reporting. • Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and past interactions to deliver tailored content. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of messaging. • Conduct A/B testing and performance tracking to refine and enhance email marketing efforts. • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and industry best practices to drive innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in email marketing with a focus on customer retention. • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo). • Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation to drive decision-making. • Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies. • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience with campaign performance analysis.
