β€’ Manage and qualify inbound leads. β€’ Understand customer needs and recommend products. β€’ Convert inquiries into sales opportunities. β€’ Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers. β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with customers. β€’ Handle customer complaints and follow up for resolution. β€’ Maintain understanding of products and services. β€’ Collaborate with internal departments for customer experiences. β€’ Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM. β€’ Prepare reports on sales metrics and customer feedback. β€’ Working hours - 9am to 5pm CST.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales or customer service role (inbound and outbound experience preferred). β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining quality service. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. β€’ Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets. β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. β€’ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. β€’ High attention to detail and organizational skills. β€’ Experience using Service Titan, Dialpad or any VOIP or dialer is a plus. β€’ Excellent verbal communication skills are essential, with a preference for a Midwestern accent to enhance clarity and approachability in interactions.
