Description

• Manage and qualify inbound leads. • Understand customer needs and recommend products. • Convert inquiries into sales opportunities. • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers. • Handle customer complaints and follow up for resolution. • Maintain understanding of products and services. • Collaborate with internal departments for customer experiences. • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM. • Prepare reports on sales metrics and customer feedback. • Working hours - 9am to 5pm CST.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales or customer service role (inbound and outbound experience preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining quality service. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Experience using Service Titan, Dialpad or any VOIP or dialer is a plus. • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential, with a preference for a Midwestern accent to enhance clarity and approachability in interactions.
