📋 Description

• Outsource Access is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a motivated and passionate Virtual Assistant who specializes in Sales & Marketing, particularly for the fitness industry. • Supporting multiple franchise locations remotely, this role is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the fitness industry and be a part of helping members achieve their health goals. • You will work alongside our energetic sales and marketing teams, managing outreach and promoting membership growth through dynamic campaigns and engagement strategies. • With a strong passion for fitness and a knack for marketing, you’ll be on the front lines of engaging members, supporting promotions, and assisting with operational tasks across multiple fitness studios. • Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, creating content, engaging with clients, planning events, tracking metrics, and maintaining customer data.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or in a related marketing role. • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies, with proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM software. • Experience working in the Fitness, Wellness, Active Lifestyle industry or similar • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences; organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Basic graphic design abilities for creating marketing materials. • Tools & Training Provided: • CRM: MindBody Online (training provided) • Marketing & Communication Platforms: RingCentral, Canva, Mailchimp, and social media channels • Documentation: Google Docs, Loom, Dashlane/LastPass
