• Proven experience as a Sales or Business Development Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation strategies • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prospect and qualify leads effectively • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
