• Support the Sales Manager by coordinating daily sales operations. • Ensure seamless reporting, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining operational efficiency. • Focus on driving sales team productivity and supporting day-to-day activities to scale business operations. • Oversee daily reporting for the sales team and generate ad hoc reports to optimize sales performance. • Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure team efficiency and consistency. • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Sales Account Managers (SAMs). • Act as the primary trainer for SAMs on the technology stack. • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Operations support. • Experience working in a high-performance sales environment is a plus but not essential. • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling basic data analysis. • Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus. • Ability to work independently while supporting the broader team. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Confident and clear communicator with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • A positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
