• We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join Outsourced Staff and help us grow our team. • We focus on providing remote staffing resources to companies in Australia and the US. • You will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates. • You will be collaborating with the Managing director on a daily basis and embracing technology to help you in your daily role. • We are an AI/Automation and Outsource First company. • If you want to think outside the box then this job is for you. • If you want to stick to the old way of doing things then probably not the best fit.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (Zoom, Skype, Phone, Google meet) • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) • EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
