• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support. • Drive the implementation of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Plan, coordinate, and prioritize development tasks and deliverables. • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user manuals. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. • Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience as a developer, with a track record of leading software development projects. • Strong expertise in software development using relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks. • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and architectural principles. • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Scrum). • Strong understanding of web development technologies, databases, and APIs. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git, SVN) and CI/CD practices is desirable. • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. • Professional certifications in relevant technologies or project management are advantageous.
