📋 Description
• Take a leadership role in the design, development, and delivery of software solutions • Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support • Drive implementation of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and design specifications • Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred) • Proven experience as a developer with project leadership • Strong expertise in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, JavaScript) • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, architectural principles • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Scrum) • Strong understanding of web development technologies, databases, APIs • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Leadership and team management skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git, SVN) and CI/CD practices is desirable • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus • Professional certifications in relevant technologies or project management are advantageous
