• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust, scalable, and secure solutions • Optimize the performance of the components you'll work on • Develop and test code in short cycles with a high degree of automation • Gather feedback from stakeholders and adapt your solutions accordingly • Focus on creating maintainable solutions that scale effectively for thousands of users • Ensure high availability and operational integrity for the team assets • Troubleshoot complex incidents related to solutions developed by your team • Implement product development best practices, continuous delivery, and testing • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior team members
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 10+ years of software development experience • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Design • Exceptional troubleshooting skills • Proactive drive to innovate and introduce development best practices to your team • Experience with software development lifecycle and testing techniques • Advanced understanding of frontend technologies, especially React, Javascript, TypeScript, CSS • Proficient coding skills in C# (.NET) and interest in compiler technologies
