Description

• Lead technical course development projects in an Agile environment • Create a course design document and develop a course that aligns with a learning objective-based curriculum • Mentor other content developers and guide them to create engaging online learning content to align with learning objectives • Identify projects that deliver the most value and then meet deadlines and reprioritize as needed to complete timely delivery of instructional design projects • Develop courses from inception to completion • Contribute to continuous improvement of tooling and processes • Recommend and monitor relevant metrics and act based on data points and feedback • Experience in managing backlogs and sprints using Jira or similar Agile tools • Work in an agile way, ensuring content is valuable and highly useful • Earn OutSystems certification in 5 month of hire

Requirements

• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory • Experience with Instructional design • Knowledge of the fundamentals of programming languages • Knowledge of course development tools • Create content in Markdown • Experience with GitHub as a user • Experience with Application Development • Agile project management
