Description
• The Telecommunications Engineer develops and maintains the telecommunications infrastructure and network components. • Participate in assessments and troubleshooting aimed at resolving technical issues. • Reviews designs, estimate costs, performs installation, and documents MACS. • Prepares voice network configuration changes of various voice infrastructure equipment. • Collaborates with voice network architects on VoIP network optimization. • Train and support end users on VoIP related devices, software, and peripherals.
