• Advise, support, and coach employees and management on all HR-related tasks throughout the HR lifecycle. • Act as a trusted advisor for Swiss colleagues on HR-related themes by offering effective HR solutions in accordance with Swiss labor law and internal regulations. • Participate in interdisciplinary and international project teams and in the implementation of HR projects. • Responsible for absence management, including supporting employees during reintegration. • Carry out HR-relevant administrative tasks.
• Several years of professional experience in HR, preferably in healthcare. • Strong sense for process improvement, especially in implementing digital HR systems and future-oriented concepts. • Open to innovative ideas, willing to take responsibility, and eager to work in an organization that values active, critical thinking. • Excellent communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
