📋 Description

• As an Instructional Content Editor, you’ll be instrumental in designing and delivering health education content that drives positive behaviour change. • You’ll collaborate with clinical experts, designers, and product teams to create user-friendly and evidence-based materials in various formats, including articles, audio, and video. • Your content will directly impact our users' experience, supporting them to engage with Oviva’s app, complete courses, and achieve their health goals. • Write, proofread, and edit health-focused educational content with clear calls to action. • Collaborate with Clinical Leads, Pathway Leads, Graphic Designers, and Product Managers to co-create engaging and safe content. • Convert clinical insights and learning objectives into well-structured, user-friendly materials. • Manage content projects from start to finish, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. • Identify user needs from interviews, surveys, and research, and design content that meets those needs using instructional design principles. • Brief and manage external collaborators, including designers, uploaders, and freelancers. • Contribute to improving Oviva’s content development processes, tools, and methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating evidence-based content on health or behaviour change topics. • Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, with attention to detail and a strong command of English (native-speaker level). • Experience using generative AI tools for content production. • A solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning needs. • The ability to research and identify reliable sources for health advice. • Strong project management and prioritisation skills, with experience delivering under tight deadlines. • Empathy for users’ health challenges and a passion for creating content that meets their needs. • A knack for quickly learning new tools and technologies, including AI-powered platforms.
