• Proven Growth Experience: Demonstrated success in a Growth (Product/Marketing) role, consulting, or BizOps with execution experience in a B2C environment (preferably with mobile, freemium/subscription-based products or behavior-change products). • Data-Driven & Self-Sufficient: Highly proficient in conducting independent analyses, accessing Data Warehouses (DWH) with SQL, building complex models in spreadsheets, and collaborating with Data Science on advanced projects (e.g., propensity models). • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial modelling and a strong understanding of commercial metrics. • Expert in Experimentation & Testing: Skilled in designing and analysing experiments. • Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to lead through vision and influence, effectively driving execution across diverse teams without formal authority. • Language skills: You speak German and English fluently (we work mainly in English, but the position is focused on German-speaking digital therapeutics).
