Description

• The Systems POS Administrator will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Zenoti POS System, overseeing its implementation, maintenance, and optimization to support operations and growth. • This role requires a deep understanding of the Zenoti platform, managing system integrations, and aligning the POS system with business objectives. • The Systems POS Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, provide training, and drive system improvements.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary expert on the Zenoti POS System, understanding its full capabilities and features. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Zenoti system processes and configurations. • Stay updated with the latest Zenoti releases, features, and best practices. • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Zenoti POS System across all locations. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability. • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow. • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Zenoti-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring a thorough understanding of the system’s functionalities and features. • Establish and manage a helpdesk for Zenoti-related queries and support requests. • Analyze business needs and identify opportunities to leverage Zenoti's capabilities for business growth and operational excellence. • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the Zenoti POS System, aligning it with the company’s objectives. • Lead projects related to system upgrades, new feature implementation, and expansion efforts. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service, to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs. • Act as a liaison between Zenoti and the organization, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
