📋 Description
• As Software Engineer in K product team, you will be a the heart of our mission to accelerate data-driven biomedical discoveries at scale. • You will contribute to building and maintaining a virtual assistant system for Biomedical researchers that uses AI Engineering to explore public biology knowledge and Owkin proprietary data in order to power drug discovery decisions. • Design, implement, and maintain microservices including large language models components (agents, tools, retrieval-augmented generation) and visualisation capabilities for omics (genomics, transciptomics, proteomics) data. • Contribute to the evolution of the architecture to support deeper omics analyses and enhance reasoning capabilities. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers and scientists to implement features that benefit drug discovery practitioners. • Support and improve our CI/CD pipelines, development workflows. • Participate in incident response to ensure high availability and reliability.
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience as a software engineer working on production applicative stack • Experience with a microservices architecture deployed in a cloud-based infrastructure • Demonstrated attention to quality and software engineering processes, including observability and security: we run what we build • Experience with python • Full professional proficiency in English: our team is distributed across Europe
