Description

• Own our social media channels, strategies, content, assets and more. • Collaborate with internal team members, external influencers, and industry experts to produce content that engages our audience. • Manage overall tone and voice across social media channels externally and internally to help elevate our brand including best practices, training employees, creating guides. • Create dynamic content across channels and through a variety of mediums; could include blogging, guest writing, infographics, templates, guides, interviews, etc. • Support Brand lead with messaging and copywriting. • Support with the execution of experiential brand events - from small tasks to larger needs. • Partner with Marketing team members to align earned and owned efforts with our paid team. • Focus on securing on-record customer testimonials and customer logo usage. • Demonstrate effectiveness of efforts and make results-informed decisions, responsible for growing our social media channels, engagements and followers.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in digital content creation or in a brand marketing role. • Creativity and a passion for building cool brands. • An executor and strategist who is always thinking about what we can do next. • Experience creating and managing social media strategies. • Proven editorial skills. • A love and passion for content creation. • Resourcefulness, the ability to come up with solutions independently. • An analytical mind and ability to use data to identify top trends and make quick, smart decisions. • A “work hard and hustle” mindset. • A “no job is too small” mentality. • Experience with Sprout Social and Google Analytics is a plus.
