β€’ Owner is the all-in-one platform that restaurants use to succeed online. β€’ Thousands of restaurant owners use our tools to build their website, drive online orders, create their own branded app, manage their customer relationships, and set up marketing automations. β€’ We’re starting by helping independent restaurants succeed online. β€’ We are hiring this role to drive impactful growth in our digital performance by enhancing our website traffic and optimizing funnel conversions. β€’ This individual will lead A/B experimentation and high-velocity testing, directly contributing to driving customer acquisition, retention, and monetization. β€’ This role is unique as it sits under our Growth Team vs traditional product org. Their efforts will not only optimize our website by adding customer quizzes and interactive landing pages but also help fill product gaps and introduce new ideas that increase market share and drive sustainable growth. β€’ This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4+ years experience in Growth Product Management, collaborating with engineers and designers in an agile methodology β€’ Previously led cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and marketing to develop and scale data-driven growth strategies β€’ Proven experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), focusing on driving website traffic and improving funnel performance. β€’ Strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to deliver product solutions informed by user acquisition, retention, and monetization goals. β€’ Hands-on experience leading agile team ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standups. β€’ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a data-driven roadmap for feature development and product innovation. β€’ Familiarity with website redesign projects and managing high-velocity testing environments. β€’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including paid acquisition and email marketing, to create personalized, campaign-driven user experiences. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze behavioural data, identify user needs, and suggest improvements for optimized website performance. β€’ Track record of identifying and addressing product gaps and generating innovative ideas that drive market share growth. β€’ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused and growth-oriented mindset.
