Description

• We're seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. • You'll be responsible for managing our largest and most strategic real estate investor accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. • You'll play a crucial role in showcasing the value of Ownwell's services and contributing to our continued growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or real estate-related industries • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts • Strong understanding of real estate investment, property management, or property tax concepts • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience)
