Description

• Outbound Sales: Identify and prospect potential clients in the Polish market • Initiate and manage outbound sales activities • Qualify leads by understanding their data management challenges • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM • Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar outbound sales role • Fluency in Polish and English (B2 at least) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
