📋 Description
• We are looking for a Senior People Partner to help our managers lead their teams effectively, address challenges, and enhance employee performance. • Your role will be pivotal in building systems for employee development, refining performance processes, and resolving cross-functional issues. • You will report directly to the HR Director and will have a talented People Partner as your direct report, working closely together to implement HR initiatives that directly impact our team’s growth and engagement.

• Proven track record as an HRBP or People Partner, partnering with managers to solve team and organizational challenges. • A deep understanding of goal-setting and employee development—you create structured systems for setting objectives, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth, rather than just running performance reviews. • Strong problem-solving skills—you can navigate complex team dynamics, identify root causes, and offer practical solutions. • Experience working with mid- and senior-level managers, contributing to decision-making and driving team effectiveness. • Facilitation and group discussion skills—you know how to guide conversations, align perspectives, and help teams reach meaningful outcomes. • A structured approach to learning and development—you design scalable, well-integrated training programs that drive real impact. • Hands-on experience delivering training sessions (a plus). • Advanced English to communicate effectively in an international environment.
