Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in product and business operations • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline. • Demonstrated excellence in driving efficiency and scalability. • Ability to adeptly manage cross-functional teams and multitier projects. • Proven alignment of product operations with overarching business objectives. • Skill in both formulating and deploying strategic operational initiatives. • Exceptional interpersonal capabilities, fostering productive collaboration across various departments. • Proficiency in guiding teams, nurturing a culture rooted in accountability and top-tier performance. • Robust analytical and problem-solving prowess, consistently leveraging data to inform decisions. • Comprehensive grasp of product development cycles, the nuances of the tech sector, and established best practices.
