Description

• The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. • This person will set goals for the team and assist the team in meeting and exceeding those goals. • Perform quality assurance audits for the team on a weekly basis and provide feedback to the team and management. • The goal of this position is helping Social Security Disability recipients obtain/retain self-sufficiency through gainful employment in the Ticket to Work Program and provide ongoing guidance with workplace accommodation related support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area required (or relevant work experience). • Minimum five (5) years management experience in disability, health care and/or service related business. • Prior experience with workplace accommodations and disability employment issues • Highly developed relationship management, coaching and communications skills (verbal and written). • Proven leadership and customer relations experience. • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
