• Accountable for the development of processes to manage operations • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Application Development, Corporate Systems, and vendors • Create, support, and maintain the delivery of Cloud offerings • Manage cloud-based infrastructure and the related teams • Experience in driving through a fast growth phase

Requirements

• 5+ years working as a SaaS Operations Manager with demonstrated success in operating mission critical enterprise software services. Experience launching new services and teams a plus • Proven expertise in cloud technologies and platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Proven experience in IT Service Management, data center, server, and storage management, virtualization, Citrix, networking, systems management, and/or project management are recommended • 8+ years’ experience in leading and 5+ years managing IT teams • Experience in developing tooling in support of Monitoring, DNS, DHCP, Backups, and Disaster Recovery • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Heavy Azure Platform services experience • Professional certifications in cloud technologies/platforms are highly desirable
