Description

• Supervise daily operations of the disability claims team. • Oversight of scheduling, quality assurance and admin functions. • Train, mentor, and develop team members. • Drive client satisfaction by ensuring timely communications. • Monitor team performance against established KPIs. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans. • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Requirements

• Experience in a Disability Group Insurance setting is preferred. • Background in Long Term / Short Term Disability Claims is advantageous. • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred. • Prior experience with disability claims processing is highly desirable. • Strong leadership and communication skills are required. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions effectively. • Proficiency in using relevant software applications and systems is essential. • Must maintain a reliable internet connection for remote work.
