Description

• Play a pivotal role in Field & Product interlock processes• Help set the rhythm of Customer Success & Product organizations• Establish process to drive efficiency and alignment• Ensure flexible and scalable business solutions• Capture product-related themes for prioritization• Lead internal communication strategy for customer-facing teams• Provide input into learning programs for Customer Success teams• Identify opportunities to improve CSG and Product operations• Support cross-functional initiatives for internal processes• Present programs and results to senior-level management• Collaborate to define and prioritize product features• Establish KPIs and success measures for interlock processes• Build trust with leaders across organizations

Requirements

• 5+ years leading strategic programs in cross-functional environments• Strong commercial know-how• High interest in SaaS operations• Strong organizational and prioritization skills• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills• Knowledge of product and software development lifecycle• Experience in sales engineering, technical account management, or product management is a plus• Experience with JIRA and project management tools is a plus• Open, growth mindset with self motivation• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
