📋 Description

• Responsible for providing an enhanced level of service for our internal and external clients • Provide operations support with the goal of finding and fixing efficiencies, increasing satisfaction and service • Work with all areas of Specialty Operations to assist in maintaining performance standards and ensuring that services provided are client and patient focused

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of Specialty Pharmacy Operations experience including experience with Specialty therapies and health products, independent decision making, overseeing flow of work, and project management • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization • Strong presentation skills; good ability to leverage MS PowerPoint • Strong ability to communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellent written and oral communications • Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of therapy specific information • Strong drug classification background and general drug knowledge • Knowledge of plan attributes relating to conflicts on member plans • Benefit Verification experience; BV experience and supervisory experience preferred • Supervisory experience • Demonstrated success using interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to provide customer service and influence business partners
