β’ The Senior Sales Director will report to the VP of US Sales and will be responsible for the strategy, culture, and results for a team of Account Executives. β’ The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing talent and leading sales teams that deliver outstanding results. β’ Develop senior level relationships and help team close new business with Enterprise Accounts. β’ Develop strategy, culture, coaching and execution plans for team of AEs to meet/ exceed quota β’ Manage team pipeline that leads to closed revenue that achieves/exceeds team quota. β’ Proven ability to sell based on business outcomes, value, and return on investment as opposed to feature-based selling. β’ Be able to successfully connect with, prepare, present, and sell to various levels within an enterprise organization- specifically senior leaders. β’ Stay up to date on industry trends and product updates.
β’ Required minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience (ie. vendor manager Amazon / category buyer at Walmart) OR 2-3 years in National/Key Account Management β’ 5 - 10 years of B2B and/or SAAS sales experience β’ Experience closing deals with VP Level Executives at Large Enterprises & Agency Holding Companies β’ Demonstrated success leading sales teams to over-deliver goals β’ Experience with sales CRM and prospecting tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach.io or like programs β’ Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets. β’ Experience with eCommerce media β’ Deep expertise with digital media and the eRetail Landscape β’ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication. β’ Deep Experience with Amazon Retail Challenges and data sources
