Description

Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and providing updates on tax planning and bookkeeping. Manage invoicing and payment processes. Conduct monthly reviews with clients to ensure accurate and timely completion of their books. Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure a seamless experience. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements

Proficient in HubSpot, QuickBooks, and ClickUp. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with GHL. Experience in client management or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in an agency setting. Must be based in Latin America and work aligned with Pacific Time.
