• Strong written communication skills with an ability to tailor messages to customers. • Ability to work East coast hours: 10am - 8pm ET • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously. • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or ecommerce (preferred). • Familiarity with text-based sales tools or CRM platforms is a plus
