🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Design experience, preferably in the ecommerce industry. • Proactive Attitude: We are looking for high-agency individuals that are self-motivated, with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently & always on the lookout for opportunities to improve design & enhance branding. • Pixel-Perfect Execution & Organization: Whether it’s a design asset, a master layout in a Figma file, or folders in a PSD or whatever it may be, you operate with a pixel-perfect, OCD-like, attention & obsession to detail and perfection. • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated the ability to create amazing designs for a myriad of use cases. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of design, branding, and the ability to quickly learn about our products, brand vision, and identity. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of an organization. • Managerial Experience: Preferably has led design teams in the past successfully. • Adaptability & Speed: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and deliver assets with speed.
