Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, providing insights and recommendations to drive financial performance • Oversee Pair Team’s accounting firm and own the monthly close process • Own revenue cycle management and implement reporting and processes to ensure timely submission of claims and revenue capture • Prepare and present financial analysis, forecasts, presentations and recommendations to executive stakeholders • Develop investor materials and reporting • Support the executive team with cap table management • Oversee the development and enhancement of financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or similar roles • Experience working in a startup environment, preferably within healthcare • Strong analytical skills and a proven record of diving deep, unearthing insights, and driving change • Organized with high attention to detail • High degree of ownership and self-starter mindset • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets • Experience working with data exploration and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and/or PowerBI • Experience with various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage Intact, and/or NetSuite • Experience working within a friendly PC structure strongly preferred
