Description

• Manages a small team of direct reports to support daily administration of liquidity management and BI Dashboarding. • Supports team process for external audit support. • Develops business intelligence solutions. • Delivers ad hoc data and report requests. • Analyzes data needs for users and projects. • Investigates and analyzes data discrepancies. • Assists in migration and testing activities. • Administers analytics and reporting systems. • Monitors system performance and coordinates upgrades. • Tracks licenses and creates user documentation. • Provides user/system support services to OTC team. • Utilizes project management techniques for BI projects and services. • Responsible for configuration of BI reports and dashboards. • Owns short-term cash forecasting and liquidity management processes. • Develops, implements, maintains, and documents standard procedures (SOPs). • Trains direct reports and staff on processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, statistics, business studies, or related field. • 1-2 years of experience leading a team • 3-5 years of proven experience with programming for data analysis. • Firm understanding of systems and databases. • Expert problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Collaborative mindset. • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, SQL Server, Tableau & Power BI Dashboards • Six Sigma training • PMP certification • Experience working in Order to Cash (OTC) role or another capacity within Finance department
