Description

• As Head of Product Design at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in building a technology-enabled service that improves healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities. In this player-coach role, you will set the bar for product experience quality and partner with engineering, product management, data science, and operations to improve product experience. You will design for a range of end users, including Pair Team social workers, Pair Team clinicians, and case managers at non-profit organizations partnered with Pair Team. • This is a fully remote position reporting to the Head of Product.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design building digital product experiences • 5+ years of experience with an early-stage startup in product design • Experience partnering with operations stakeholders to improve complex workflows • Expert proficiency in UX and product design tools (eg, Figma) • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional thought partners (eg, engineering, design, data science, and operations) • Ownership mindset and strong desire to work within a fast paced startup environment • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder • Digital health experience is a plus but not required • Design system implementation is a plus but not required • Experience working with data in a regulated environment is a plus but not required (eg, HIPAA, PII, financial data)
