Description

• Manage complex financial operations across all companies • Drive financial strategy and ensure overall financial health • Provide strategic financial insights and develop forecasting models • Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting processes • Analyze financial data for cost optimization • Mentor and manage finance team • Align financial goals with business strategy

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive finance experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred • Experience in some combination of venture-backed startups, strategy consulting, and/or investment banking • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and operational finance • Expertise in SaaS metrics and financial modeling • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • High level of integrity and commitment to transparency and ethical financial practices
