• Ensure compliance with local HR practices, regulations, and standards in the country you operate • Execute specialized, process-driven services within Tier 2, handling complex queries and providing accurate people services • Work closely with wider PS&O, local EUS, Workplace, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery • Partner with the Operations Manager to standardize local processes and support their integration into the global Service Delivery Model • Provide insights, guidance, and feedback for global projects to ensure they meet local needs and are effectively implemented • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People Services • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring strict adherence to People policies, procedures, and compliance standards • Support and enhance the employee lifecycle by delivering exceptional service from onboarding to offboarding • Utilize HR systems and data analytics to manage employee information, generate reports, and inform decision-making • Provide training and support to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and self-service tools • Address and resolve employee relations issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate stakeholders when necessary • Ensure the implementation and adherence to global and local HR policies and practices • Meet or exceed service level expectations by delivering timely and high-quality HR services • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear and effective communication regarding HR services and processes • Assist with HR Information System (HRIS) user acceptance testing (UAT) and service rehearsal testing (SRT) activities
• Functional knowledge of HR employee lifecycle and local HR regulations • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services • Experience with workflow and case management systems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work collaboratively with a proactive team and manage tasks independently
