Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years experience in brand management, social media community building, and general marketing within the beauty industry. • At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated success in developing brand marketing strategies and executing record-breaking campaigns. • Proven ability to manage and grow influencer relationships and execute impactful PR strategies. • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in using data to drive brand decisions and strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally. • Experience in managing a global brand with a deep understanding of various international markets, particularly the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. • Creative thinker with a commercial mindset, adept at operating under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
