Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns for customer acquisition and ROI growth. Analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in ad content creation and creative collaboration with design teams. Knowledge of current social media trends and platform updates. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries. Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies and performance-driven marketing. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
