Requirements

β€’ Responsibilities: β€’ Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. β€’ Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. β€’ Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with the target audience. β€’ Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to implement innovative advertising strategies. β€’ Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creative, targeting, and audience segments for optimal performance. β€’ Manage budgets for paid social campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximized return on investment. β€’ Engage with target audiences through paid media strategies to boost online sales and brand awareness. β€’ Provide performance reports and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and achieve marketing objectives. β€’ Qualifications: β€’ Proven experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management. β€’ Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). β€’ Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns for customer acquisition and ROI growth. β€’ Analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Experience in ad content creation and creative collaboration with design teams. β€’ Knowledge of current social media trends and platform updates. β€’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. β€’ Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries. β€’ Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies and performance-driven marketing. β€’ Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
