Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 3-5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing technical teams. • Strong technical acumen with experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs • Recognized technical expertise in at least one discipline (e.g., MERN stack), with proficiency in multiple technologies and awareness of industry best practices. • Proven track record of leading the delivery of large-scale engineering projects and aligning engineering efforts with strategic business needs. • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and management skills. • Ability to think strategically and to lead advanced technical personnel. • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements • Demonstrable ability to motivate, support, and understand different engineering teams and individuals. • Excellent project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and ensure team alignment with business objectives. • Familiarity with industry standards and technology landscape, including competitors and market trends.
