📋 Description

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering professional and technical growth • Collaborate with multiple departments to define projects, product specifications, timelines, scope, deliverables and technical initiatives • Lead and manage the planning and execution of engineering projects • Work closely with the team to architect scalable and maintainable software • Promote best practices for coding, architecture, and testing • Identify and address bottlenecks for the engineering team, propose solutions to address them, and implement new processes • Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the engineering team and across departments. • Participate in the recruitment process to attract top engineering talent, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • At least 5 years of experience managing Senior Software Engineers • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer • Strong technical background • Experience in a hyper-growth environment is highly preferred • Experience at a B2B company is preferred • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously • Familiarity with developer portals, API management, or related technologies is a plus.
