📋 Description

• Support, coach, and develop your team members, ensuring that they are empowered to deliver high output • Define and tailor a flexible agile process to the needs of your team, ensuring smooth execution • Drive projects from requirements to complete design and implementation, working through project leads and engineers • Work with product management, UX, and your team to translate complicated datasets into intuitive user experiences • Collaborate closely with product and engineering management leaders to align efforts across the product

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience as a professional software engineer and manager building customer-facing software for a SaaS business • At least two of those years as a manager, providing your team with thoughtful feedback and the resources they need to be successful • Significant experience providing technical and managerial leadership of teams building enterprise features on a multi-tenant SaaS platform at scale • Informed opinions about building and maintaining systems handling data at scale, and experience influencing their architecture • Deep understanding of Agile development and how it pertains to all aspects of development • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience or equivalent military experience required
