🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of software development experience in Python or other backend languages (Java / C++ / Go / Ruby). • 3+ years of experience managing software development teams with hands-on involvement in system architecture, design and performance • Solid experience in large scale system architecture design and implementation, with full stack experience (e.g., client-side web development, APIs, storage, data pipelines) • Ability to multiply the team’s impact using effective leadership principles. • Excellent judgment and proactive XFN collaboration to drive the highest overall product and technical impact. • Experience with Django or with a similar web framework • Deep understanding of relational databases, such as PostgreSQL • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP or Azure
