📋 Description

• Responsible for overall facility maintenance • Coordinate with building owners and outside vendors • Ensure maintenance of HVAC systems, A/C units, fire abetment equipment and site electrical systems • Oversight of engineering activities within a semiconductor clean room space • Create annual cost forecasting for maintenance • Submit annual capital projects proposals • Direct building and cleanroom cleaning staff • Plan and initiate construction projects • Manage shipping and receiving activities • Ensure equipment calibration schedules are maintained and new equipment is inspected • Oversee hazardous waste management program • Coordinates space allocation and layouts • Manage inventory audit and provide reports • Create purchase requisitions for supplies • Propose and manage expenditures for facility and clean room equipment • Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety program • Oversee application of ISO or AS9 standards • Ensures clean room facilities meet technical needs • Investigate and resolve building control system alarms • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in facility engineering or related field • 10+ years experience in similar capacity, supporting multi disciplinary facility operations and management • Ability to understand semiconductor fabrication processes and processing equipment • Ability to direct improvement initiatives aimed at process advancement and yield improvement • Ability to manage multiple suppliers and service providers on a daily basis • Ability to manage vendors related to high complexity systems and equipment • Excellent verbal and written communications • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
