📋 Description
• The Supply Chain Compliance Manager will drive compliance programs within the supply chain • Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and oversee accurate reporting of supply chain compliance data • Manage responses to customer and distributor inquiries • Conduct gap assessments and stay current with global regulations • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to product compliance
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain regulatory compliance • In-depth knowledge of global regulations, including RoHS, REACH, and emerging frameworks such as PFAS restrictions • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive compliance initiatives across global supply chains • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including reporting, documentation, and customer inquiries • Proven experience conducting regulatory gap assessments and implementing compliance strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
