Description

• Define and execute the roadmap for PandaDoc’s monetization strategy • Lead multiple product squads to drive long-term business growth • Optimize key areas such as pricing, packaging, checkout flows, and more • Mentor a small team of Growth PMs focused on monetization initiatives • Foster a collaborative product team culture • Design and oversee A/B tests to validate growth hypotheses • Utilize data to uncover growth opportunities and monitor KPIs • Ensure clear communication across all departments and stakeholders • Advocate for user-centric product development based on customer needs and behaviors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, 2+ years in monetization • Experience leading multiple Product teams • Experience growing the revenue of a sizable product-line or business • Strong analytical decision making skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and distill complex issues into easy to understand narratives • Demonstrated excellence in using principled decision making to manage diverse stakeholders, including peers and executive leadership
